UP arrested many, Soros LA DA Gascon released them & didn't prosecute

The UP released a letter months ago saying they arrested 200 and turned them over to the government. This was when the pictures of LATC theft made national news. The letter was posted here. It said that at the time of the letter none had been prosecuted.
