That whole mess was Al DiPolo's fault. That guy is nothing but a lazy, arrogant, idiot! He pranced around all day showboating for the cameras. He says he's the only person who knows how to railroad. Al rigged the coupler connection. Before they pulled, the truck driver asked Al if he was sure about it, and Al said it would be fine. I traveled from out of state to watch the whole thing. I was there and I saw it all.
There's a lot of really good people at csrm, but they ALL look foolish because of Al Dipolo.

The next day, somebody else was in charge of moving the engine onto the trailer. It went much smoother and the other person used an idler car instead of a wintch. Csrm will never improve as long as Al Dipolo is the CMO. He a huge problem for them.
