Item #1: Trail Now

Brian has once again changed his narrative. Now he's opposing the commuter rail plan because, according to him, it would involve running 50 trains per day and forbid the Beach Train from accessing the boardwalk. So now he's advocating SAVING the Beach Train, when he's been trying his hardest to KILL it. Does he have bipolar disorder or something?
