Here's a photo of the train wrapping around one of the curves, taken somewhere between Bison (MP 583.4) and Hoisington (MP 558.8), when the sun decided to make an appearance.

With everyone thinking of how flat Kansas is, this line has a surprising number of curves.

In that previous photo I posted of the meet between the two trains, I've come to the conclusion that it was at Bison siding, judging from aerial photos and positioning of parallel roads.
