Hi Darryl,

As you've found out, Altamont Press is no longer producing the excellent railfan timetables. RadioReference.com has information available on which frequencies are used in different locations. There's also a forum there for railroad scanning. The closest thing I've found to an Altamont Press publication is the California Railroad Timetable produced by King Street Press. They also have an Alaska Yukon timetable and a Texas timetable. The website for these is www.kingstreetpress.org.
