Have seen quite a few posters voice their displeasure with the current attendance policies and that they were just hanging around waiting for a contract settlement and ratification. They had posted they were just waiting for the backpay to hit their bank accounts and they would retire.
So, they must expect a sizable amount to continue to suffer under the attendance policies. I understand they don't wish to lose that pay they are in fact entitled to.
They could then buy a second gallon of milk or a second loaf of bread(sic).
