Heard great things about Tom M but was never involved. Am sure you’re right about him. This new group sounds inexperienced and the doubts you raised have me wondering. There are some shining examples of heritage steam railroads, like the Black Hills Railroad. This new group would be wise to consult with successful groups like them and learn how its done. Heard any other bad news?
