WRONG! All modern GE and EMD locomotives use the same, standard horns mounted in the same locations, regardless of the customer. GE (WABTEC) uses the Nathan K5HL and EMD (Progress) uses the K5LLA (or K5LA on the newer T4 SD70 series).
