Good post, on a project that is interesting and has typical problems like many projects these days (except that part in the middle where the pervy troll Nancy went off of her anti-psychotic medications again, and needed to get her tinky winky off...).
There is an interesting Youtube video on the issue of RR monopolization in the US has on the logistics mess, which has been greatly exascerbatedfrom lack of RR competition. This is an orverarching issue which affects similar short haul and loose car markets, and projects like this one.
