And you seriously think if Prop 1A had a phase 1 as being LA-San Diego it would have passed? 52-47% was the results. Would of SF been on board? doubt it Would of SD even voted for it? doubt it.
You think feds would given the billions for "slow-speed" rail, nope. Their requirement was for the Valley.
