The article has a lot of inaccurate information and you can tell they really wanted to go out of their way to bash unions and organized labor.

Under the unionized Kyle Railways, the previous operator of the line, trains sometimes didn't move out because the engineer couldn’t physically load his own ice chest into the cab of the locomotive. That was somebody else’s job, and even if the ice chest were sitting beside the tracks and everything else was set to go, the engineer had to hold the train until another craftsman loaded it.

Really? An ice chest? Is Kyle unionized or is that just another error?
