Of course, if private automobile ownership and use was encouraged in Switzerland like it is here, there would be no need for transfers and your luggage and small child would be safely secured in your vehicle, without having to be exposed to inclement weather when making transfers and virus-spreading fellow passengers who sometimes provide on-board entertainment like what we see here:
