1) You are most definitely NOT my mother.

2) My university education didn't change my views on race very much. Prior to attending university, my father was jailed in the South for working in support of civil rights. That was far more influential on my views about race. After graduating, I spent a couple of years doing community work in two midwestern cities. In the second city, I was assigned to work in a primarily African-American neighborhood. That also informed my views.

3) Um, no I don't look at EVERY situation based on skin color? Exmaples: I have NOT view through the lens of skin color the abandoment of the Yosemite Valley Railroad, Penn Central bankruptcy, the ceation of Conrail, the Union Pacific - Southern Pacific merger, Amtrak's disconinuation of the Pacific Parlor Car, the CalTrain Electrification project and the pending Canadian Pacific - Kansas City Southern merger. These examples are relevant because this is a rail forum. Therefore, your comment is a lie.

There's nothing "distorted" about my "lens." That's based on 40+ years of observations (after graduating from university) of seeing who does what kind of work in America's large cities.

Irrelevant to my comment.

Did you watch the video??? He was wearing a garment which says "NYC Mayor." Nothing about the video suggests the professionalism associated with a staged media event."
