Carriers are dysfunctional and run by profiteers

Is it so hard to use scheduling software that gives workers the scheduled time off they need to live normally? I think railroad mega-companies are as dysfunctional and ruined by greed at the top as broken African governments. What a shame for this nation. Corporations are the enemy within. The federal government is also a silent partner to the problem and just creates anger and division.
