One of the more interesting preserved steam rotaries that I've never heard of...
"Former Laramie, Hahn's Peak & Pacific rotary snow plow (later UP 900098) on static display in Hanna, Wyoming. The tender is from one of the Norfolk & Western Y-3 class 2-8-8-2s that UP obtained in June 1945 and operated for two years as Nos. 3670-3674."
I notice an original recessed headlight on the cab, replaced by a standard Pyle light.
While Googling I found a post from 20 years ago saying it was in danger of scrapping. It survived as this pic is from 2019. Why would a small town scrap such a cool thing?
