First off, I-69 isn't wildly behind schedule or wildly over budget. It was always intended to take decades to finish, only being built as demand warrants and funds become available. It was never put to a public vote with a set of parameters and performance promises, unlike CAHSR. So, no, I didn't waste much time on a 11 minute video by a shill in a bubble.

Would not be surprised if he's made a video claiming, "There is no homeless transit problem. But even if there is, crime on transit can actually be good. Here's why." Same Vox/Mastodon (lol) logic.
