Spur off the Embarcadero Lead in Oakland

On the Embarcadero lead just north of the spur into the 9th Ave. Terminal there was another spur that crossed Embarcadero into the bit of land just south of that small boat harbor or marina. This was also just south of the 880 offramp.

Anyone know when that spur was last used and who the shipper was?

Given that it lasted into the 2000s someone wanted to hang onto their rail link and maybe even used rail.
