I didn't see any thread lines on this going back several months, so maybe this is news to some of you. April issue of Wheat Life magazine mentions the "Market Analysis of the Reconnection of the PV Hooper and P&L Branches", commissioned by Wash. DOT and released in January. Google the title and you'll find the PDF. Notable conclusion is that they find it potentially more beneficial to build the connection between Thornton and Oakesdale than to rebuild the trestle east of Colfax.
