Bruce: Thanks for the report summary. I had asked this very question on the Northwest List a few weeks back but never got any reply. I'll bet that because of the present state of the economy that probably neither of the options will happen, but perhaps when things pick up they will follow through on one of the options to reconnect the P&L and the PV Hooper lines. Given the new traffic with the BNSF grain trains on the W&I (P&L) I would bet that there will be opposition by the BNSF to a reconnection at Oaksdale because that would offer competition by the UP for that grain traffic?
