I would guess they will make enough noise to get some of that rail donated back?
It will take millions to rehab the track just to get to Arcata, let alone Eureka.
With the offshore boom in wind power coming maybe a sugar daddy will wash up on shore soon ? ?
They are going to be manufacturing those wind turbines next door to the Samoa shops.
