Track Removal in the Denver area

Koppers which used to be a busy Union Pacific customer in the Denver metro area has been closed since about 2019. Track removal occurred this week maybe 24 January 2023. I noted abandoned RV was tipped over for out of service spur track removal northside of Denver, Colorado, 25 January 2023.
2 - Amtrak 203 the 50th Anniversary Operation Lifesaver unit on Amtrak train number 5 passed UP's North Yard Army Abrams M1A2 tanks 25 January 2023.

That was a bad place for the RV to be, but it appears UP may have destroyed someone's shelter. If so, that was a heartless action. They could have given them the opportunity to leave. In fact, it might be a violation of the law not to give them ample notice to move.
