Neither one is feasible.

Marin doesn't want mass transit - too proletarian for Xanadu.

When the NCRA-NWP craps out they will pave the ROW as in Corte Madera - the tourists on their bikes can compete for space with the yuppies in their BMW's and the cowboy wannabes in their SUV's. Marin's idea of environmentally correct.
