There are 21 people (including the driver in the motor vehicle. Assuming that all of them are Amtrak employees, they represent .0123% of Amtrak's FY2021 workforce of 17,100. That's hardly a high percentage.

The two links you posted are about ONE former Amtrak employee.

There are likely other LGBTQ Amtrak employees who not in the photo.

However, neither the photo nor the links you provided are any proof of "a high percentage of Amtrakof Amtrak employees who are gay."
