Amtrak Talgo Series 6 Car Preserved?

A photo has been circling around on social media this afternoon of an Amtrak Cascades Talgo Series 6 car being hauled on a flatbed truck, presumably across the midwest. Car number is 7304, which was the Bistro car from the Mt Olympus set, one of the two Amtrak owned trains that recently went to scrap. Anyone know where it's headed? NWRM?
