The lack of eyes was my original point as well. Hyball the rollby. I assume there where no opposing train crews that would have seen the flaming wheels in the twenty miles before the derailment. How many carmen have been laid off at NS with the advent of PSR? Or more specifically at the originating yard where this train was made up?? Who manufactured the chemicals and was their advice on how best to deal with these chemicals when the tank cars ruptured followed?
