After watching grass grow for years with the two MTA managed "low bidder" with massive "addons" from hidden costly change orders "racket" on the crosstown connector and the still not fully open Crenshaw line, the speed of the Construction Authority in building this project using "costleir" good bids for "design build" comes as somewhat of a shock...

And this week, they are already getting prepared for hanging wire......
