And your demented moron had two years to "undo" what you allege the Trump administration supposedly screwed up on. Better braking systems don't prevent wheel bearings from failing and causing derailments. Cars carrying these hazardous commodities shouldn't have been placed in such a long general merchandise freight. NS has some explaining to do with not only that, but a hot box detector that apparently wasn't doing its job.
