Since liberals, leftists, Democrats and Biden brown-nosers are so quick to try and lay the blame for all this at President Trump, it's laughable that they become so silent when they're reminded that the Biden administration has had two years to correct this alleged wrong.
If we had a
REAL press,
WHICH WE DON'T, we would have reporters asking why railroads like the SP used to run "KEY" trains that were comprised solely of cars containing hazardous commodities and were restricted to 30 MPH in urbanized areas. Why did SP run such trains but NS chooses to place hazmat cars in two-mile long general merchandise trains?
A surveillance video showed the train with the obviously defective car spewing flames and the train passed a hot box detector between that point where the surveillance camera was and the wreck site. Was the NS hot box detector the same type of worn-out, hand-me-down equipment that was similar to the locomotives on the Lac-Megantic train? The plaintiff's lawyers are going to be able to retire off this one facet alone.
Too bad we don't have any journalists with enough railroad operational knowledge that they could ask questions like this. Where's Don Phillips when we need him?
I'm sure Booty-Judge would run away from these types of questions and his press secretary would require that all the cameras be turned off before she would say anything.
