We believe in giving credit where credit is due. Trump DID kill off the efforts to require ECP braking regs for hazmat cars.

We have real reporters, but they don't really comprehend all the ins and outs of railroading and the regulation thereof.

I've read some of Don Phillips articles, and while he had a good spiel that might impress the unknowing, he wasn't really all that knowledgeable about RR ops.
