Following the Feb. 3 East Palestine derailment, Earthjustice, an environmental group, sent Buttigieg a letter asking the administration to reverse the change that the Trump administration made to the brake rule.
Why does Earthjustive feel that the Biden administration can easily reverse the change that the Trump administration made to the brake rule? Do you need to perform to them the same song-and-dance routine that you've been performing to me, i.e., "it can't easily be done because FRA reforms and regulations take time" and the old reliable, "you have absolutely no clue on how the creation and implementation of FRA regulations work."
