SMART Board Presentation on Freight Business

A multi page presentation by SMART's GM is on the agenda
for SMART's Wed. Board meeting. His memo is multiple pages
regarding comments made in April 2022 at "listening sessions."

All of those interested in what is said ought to participate
or send comments, because Board members don't have a clue
about the economic realities of shipping short distances
by freight.

To believe there is a huge business opportunity for SMART is equivalent
to assuming John Williams didn't understand the NWP Co business model.
