Some derelict locomotives in Tijuana. I notice an ex-Carrizo Gorge unit in there:
CZRY 3878
Ex-CNW 4324

This very intriguing comment is under the video (translated from Spanish):

"Technically it's not abandoned! The owner is trying to get his locomotives back! The people who took over CZRY parked the grey 3878 there after the engine blew up! Then they took the yellow and green 4324 from Jacumba to Mexico without the permission of the owners! We had disabled the operation of this unit! When they couldn't get it to work, they parked it with the 3878 and left. Since then, both have had all the high voltage cables removed! The property owner wants a large ransom for these units!"
