The CP- KCS merger will shift sixty-four thousand truckloads to rail. I remember when the UP-SP merger was proposed they used the I-5 corridor as an example estimating thousands of additional truckloads would be diverted to rail. That line has seen a net loss in traffic. Tell the regulators what they want to hear.
