I read a report that said inflow to Mead will be around 120% of normal, which will be slightly beneficial but nowhere near enough to overcome the recent drought and appreciably raise water level.

Unfortunately it'll take several more winters like this one for the lakes, at least.

And then there's the aquifers to think about.
