People dying on mass transit is a very very bad thing

When someone dies on a train
This will give law enforcement the authority to shut down everything for many many hours while they all stand around and do nothing but collect overtime
Meantime riders are hurt, late for work or going home, and this will be another reason to stay away from mass transit
Number one priority is to keep all homeless off transit, Let them die someplace else!
