Noticed this item:
"The Niles Canyon Railway is pleased to announce that we have been the recipient of a $31,000 grant from the John H. Emery Rail Heritage Trust which will go toward the manufacture of new staybolts for the boiler work portion of our ongoing restoration of our Southern Pacific Railroad steam locomotive #1744."

Does Niles do staybolts in-house, or hire outside help?
