Private Car's On Train 5 Yesterday....

Saw two Private cars on a late Train 5 yesterday leaving Sacto. They had 'Charter' on both car's. Looked like an ex U.P. dome and possibly a heavyweight observation with porch. Nice two tone grey paint job. Any info on them?
