As all three tracks are the same shared railroad controlled by the BNSF Seattle Terminal Dispatcher now, any given Amtrak train could end up on any of them. You'll have to pay close attention to even notice which track you are on. The most likely passenger trains to work track 3 between Argo and Tukwila are actually the Sounder trains, but even those are no guarantee depending on what else is going on in that stretch.
