GEORGE! THANK YOU! I appreciate all your information you have provided here. As I told AMTK470 above, in the meantime, I did do some research on this as well, and discovered what you both have told me and I really appreciate it. I hope you are doing well. For the record, you and I rode the same Special Amtrak Train from LA to Bakersfield via Barstow and Tehachapi back in April of 1979, although I don't specifically remember you.
