Amtrak 14 kills another Tresspasser

Amtrak 14 going thru Carpinteria killed a man and injured 2 dogs and the wife escaped it by running away. They had the 2 dogs off the leash and strolling the main line at MP 380.0 Bates road.

The death train strikes again, 2nd time same area, wrong bat channel.
