Teh recent Greek head on was a dispatching station agent making a mistake when overridng the failure prone signal system.

The fatal UP wreck on the Salton Sea, was it Bertram? Wasn't that a train routed into a siding occupied by a tied down train that didn't trigger occupancy on the dispatcher's board? Is it too soon to know? The Fed investigations get locked down longer than the JFK files.
