Heads up Rotary Fans on Donner Pass in Norcal!
IT sounds like this train just departed west from Emigrant Gap (switch 9)
UP DS 74 said this train was the Rotary Snow plow special.
I just heard UP DS 74 give this Track warrant to a UP 5810 west at Shed 10:

Box 2 proceed from CP RV 171 to mile 155
TWC OK at 336p or 1536 by UP DS 74
