E.J...why waste bandwidth speculating? and 123 is a former employee with sour grapes...work continues on the ROW between Brazos and Windsor. If you are really interested look at the restored ROW at the Marin-Sonoma Co. Line where Gholitti Bros. Const. repaired the worst of the 2005-2006 storm damage by reconstructing over 2000 ft. that was washed away. Next up is Schellville and than a small washout at the Novato Creek Bridge. Contracts will be let soon for these segments. Fish and Game got FEMA money to replace the ROW and levee at Schellville and that work is slated to start as soon as the engineering is completed. The $20,000 A MONTH REVENUE from the Box Cars is being used to pay NCRA expenses.
