A really bad day at the "office", with things torn up pretty good. I only hope no one was injured on this RR version of Mister Toads wild ride. I can't even tell for sure which one was the lead unit. I don't seem to see much cab damage, although that one loco which seems to be missing a truck was pretty messed up (lead unit?).

If I got my bearings right, this looks like they were lined into a tight diverging curve or an industrial spur at a pretty good speed.

Does anyone know the location so we can see what operating rules and speed limits they were operating under? And google maps would help identify where the curved track leads.

It's doesn't seem to be a split switch, because the loco's are all of the way up that far on that fairly tight curve (and they were moving at enough speed to do this much damage) they would have been splayed both ways, and stacked up back further, and more down the tangent track, with a split switch.

Drones are great for this kind of stuff.
