We probably don't have to mention Safeco Field's proximity to the BNSF in SEA. Sandpoint has a nice softball complex with the ex-GN (now the UP & POVA) right over the left field fence of one diamond. Since I grew up in Sacramento, I can remember old Hughes Stadium at SCC where the best seat in the house was the top row of the east side with a birdseye view of WP's mainline and South Sac yard right behind and beneath you.
Speaking of Avista Stadium in Spokane, my favorite seats are top row along left field where you face the UP yard over the center and right field fence and have BNSF's mainline and Yardley with very few obstructions 2 blocks behind.
