A significant number of Chico State students are so drunk most of the time that they probably can't hear anything. Waiting for #14 in the middle of the night at the Chico Station is a real bummer--sometimes HUNDREDS of drunk students roll and walk by during the always long wait for the always late train. Quite a spectacle.
