Thanks to Mr. Harris and WAF for their inputs.
It's a pity there are others who would tell us how the various fire agencies should've responded, and how they should've been equipped, after the fact of course!
Naturally, these same folks have declared it arson, no doubt set by the homeless, or illegal alien scum (ah yes, the convenient scapegoats for everything that's wrong in our world...). While the good and wholesome foamers should be welcomed as heroes. What crap, give it a rest!
It may well turn out to be a terrible accident, maybe it was deliberate. As has been said, let the professionals sift through it and make a determination.
I'll go so far as to say the first responders did everything in their power to get the situation under control. I'd guess that they'd never dealt with a situation just like this before. There will certainly be lessons learned.
As for the Special Agents, hmmm, I've got to believe they haven't adopted the "beat the crap out of the railfans" policy yet. Sort of thinking they're a little more professional than that.
That's not to say that maintaining a lower profile wouldn't be a bad idea.
Food for thought...
