All large corporations are that way and have been for many years, including the railroads. Oh yes, they may have had memorials to those who died on the job, but did the management really give a s***, or do anything to prevent further injuries if possible? Probably not. The bottom line is the only thing that matters as far as the board of directors and the CEO are concerned, and the rest means nothing to them, no matter what they say.
