Is there a possibilty of ever doing any reconstruction work now or in the future on that spur rail line on the north side of the American River that's path ran between the the two rail lines of the Cal-P and the Feather River Route to repond to future re-routing needs? What is the history of that rail spur line? When was it built? Also, when were the two railroad bridges that cross the American River Built originally i.e. on the Feather River Route and the Cal-P rail lines?

And when was that water pipe bridge north of the Haggin Interchange converted to a water pipe bridge from the Sacramento Northern trackage? I have heard stories that it was once a rail line bridge at one time?
