BNSF Inspection train on Inside Gateway today?

Have been out of state for the last week, so please excuse me if this has been brought up before now, but my son & I paced a 2 car BNSF special today while coming into K Falls from Bend. It had a 47XX on the point with a car named Atcheson (I think I got that correct) and also the Skagit which had the big square window on the rear for inspection.
Anyone know the particulars of this train?
